June 2015 - Outland applications

Interesting...Canada Post said application was dropped off June 1st and my Husband is American. It's been radio silence for me. Driving me insane.

My hubby and I are Nigerian. I am a citizen though. I submitted June 1st and nothing still. I think its more agent related than country related.

Hey CamL Do you have a UCI number? I just looked online and our application says in process. it wasn't there yesterday. So if you have one then check if not I think we will receive the email tomorrow

Sometimes they don't send AOR and go directly SA.

That would be great, but the suspense is killing those still waiting , the not knowing one way or the other.

No I have no UCI number since I was born in Canada. I will just have to keep on crossing my toes and fingers and everything else that can possibly be crossed....I just checked CIC processing times and SA is down to 55 days now, so in 10 days if I haven't gotten anything, I will be calling CIC. Hopefully it does not get to that though!

We got our AOR via email today. Weird part is, the UCI number we got doesn't work when I go to check the case status online :'(

I updated our June spreadsheet and my colour changed, but it didn't move my name up the list.

Congrats to our month for all the AORs. Up next, SA!!!

Sometimes it takes time for your ecas to activate. For some people it's within a few days, but I saw someone had to wait a month once, so keep trying it!

Congrats on your AOR! It will take few days before you can see the update in your ecas. In my case, it took 2 days.

After AOR , ECAS able to access in 2 to 3 days. be patient and chill ;D

Application received June 11th and got the AOR in the e-mail this morning!

I just added my name to the spreadsheet, I hope I did it right haha CIC received our application June 2nd and we got AOR July 10th.

I have 2 questions...
1. On the spreadsheet, what's the difference between "Waiting for SA" and "Stage 1 - AOR" If you got your AOR doesn't that mean you're now waiting for SA? Or is that a different status update?
2. Does the 55 day processing time start from the date they received my application (June 2nd) or from the date we received AOR?

AOR means CIC just notify you, they received your application and 55 days is for total process of 1st stage of AOR and SA.. as you already received AOR now waiting for SA trust you will receive in next 2 to 3 weeks.

My ecas just got updated.. it says we started processing your application on July 14, 2015... so it means my AOR is July 14.. no email though
