Here is my timeline:

2014/06/28 Application sent
2014/08/21 AOR received
2015/03/04 MR
2015/03/18 Medical done
2015/06/17 Requested for proof of completion of medical exam
2015/06/24 Decision made
2015/06/25 PPR

It's been a long waiting and I know how things could be messed up with CIC... (issued me an invalid BOWP, lost tracking on my medical result ect.)

My GCMS notes says "Employment Letter does NOT provide information regarding applicant's duties and functions within the company". But CIC didn't ask me yet on the letter. Guide me please whether I need to send the letter contains my duties and functions voluntarily (email and mail also) or should I wait what CIC says?

i would say yes, get Reference letter from your company that lists your duties and make sure they relate to the NOC code that you are applying under.
What i did was, i made a draft reference letter myself listing the things i do at the company, the time i worked for the company and my wage and hours etc.. and sent it to my employer for review/changes and they finalized it, signed it and sent it to me. (i explained to my employer what it is for and what CIC need to be shown on the letter, the time i worked for them, wage and my responsibilities at the company etc..).

and you can scan and send a copy of the reference letter to CIC, you dont need to mail the original.
just include your application details in the email.. and attach the reference letter.

just to add, my GCMS notes also mentioned that its recomended that i need a Police Clearance Certificate from France because i lived there for more than 6months although not continuous.. BUT CIC never communicated this to me..
so i just got the Police Clearance Certificate from France and sent it to them..
when they get to asking me for it, they will already have it. and i would have saved some time.
if they dont ask me for it, then its all good..

the applications are already waay delayed, so whatever you can do that can save some time on your application - i think you should do it.

i also doing upfront medicals too in Early July, because i havent received MR yet :/

It's been so quiet for us June applicants... Hope it's the calm before the storm...

It's not certainly not pleasant calm. CEC has categoriaclly avoided working with June applicants. See the 50% guys who filed applications after end of June are already PRs. What can be the reason I find really difficult to justify.

Hang in there guys.....The hope is arising now as the people who filed in end of May have started receiving RPRFs now.
yesterday, 3 people received their RPRF whose applications were received on 21 May, 23 May, 26 May.

So, our turn should come soon too. BTW, my application was received on 5th June.

Mind it, It's the April, May applicants who had second reviews are getting the RPRF and so on.
Hope we get ours too after this, although recommended passed 4 month ago....

That's true. Nothing explains why we were skipped even if we had recommended pass status and no second reviews. But better late than never.
I would assume us still lucky for the fact that many people nowadays don't even know what do to do even if they have experience but no LMIA for express entry.

Got GCMS note today and everything looks good, but it seems they haven't touched the file after my medical was received...this is more and more frustrating as I need to apply for BOWP if there is no news before next Friday. I haven't done the upfront RPRF yet, thinking about doing it today and fingers crossed that will speed up the total processing time.

Everyone hold tight, I think we may be lucky next week!

Also in my GCMS note it shows the due date as exactly 12 month after AOR date, for anyone who's interested in knowing...

Hi ,

My application was received on June 12, My medical was received on Feb 5, 15 and RCMP on Feb 23, 15. Eligibility is Recommended Pass. No movement on my file since then. Waiting for some news next week or the week after now.
