Hey Raja, why don't you do upfront med and upfront RPRF ............... will shave off 3 months of the processing time

Just wondering how many of us have already got their ME done and waiting for RPRF and PPR? I got my ME email on Jan 21, got it done on Jan 29, nothing since then. Anyone in similar situation?

Hi,
I am in a similar situation as well. App received June 12, ME request Jan 29, Medical received feb 07. No updates since then.

Go to your MP and write to the PM and the LoP

First, congrats on your RPRF. You are close to PPR.

Even some June 5th - 15th people had their AOR delayed, I woud say at least 75% get AOR on time. But look at the June spreadsheet, only 5 out of 61 people received from June 3rd - 26th get PPR. Some people may not update after PPR. But this is a relative big sampling which reflects real situation quite well I believe. At the mean time, July people get so many PPR/RPRF I can see good news from them everyday. That's why my conclusion is June is skipped for some reason. We don't even see 3rd line at all. None!

My notes should come back this week. Probably we June people can map what happened with several pieces of notes from different people.

Thank you my friend. I know I am perhaps one step closer to a PPR, however I am also one of those confused folks who are witnessing people who submitted their applications later but getting PPR way earlier. This well reflects that CPC Ottawa doesn't really follow a standard pattern when processing applications so we can no longer rely on our application received date to make assumptions about the completion date. To make matters worse, CIC is somewhat delaying PPR (for us) as well.

Also I can see that some June folks are already initiating talks with MPs - kudos! I honestly wish we could raise so much awareness from CIC so that they will assign more resources to work on clearing the CEC backlog in general. Guys remember, June or July, as long as we are waiting, we are on each others' team!

This is exactly what happened to me. Basically I have never received MR even my eligibility is "recommend passed", I did upfront medical and paid upfront RPRF. But I don't see the third line at all. I have been requesting GCMS notes every month and there is no update at all since mid-March after they requested PCC from hk.

At first I was quite optimistic since my application is pretty simple - never married, no child, healthy, no criminal record (not even a speeding ticket) - but not now anymore. :-[

:'(same here. ME Jan 27, since then, nothing updated. I will receive my notes this week, hopefully I can know what happened.

I just compared my GCMS notes with the one who got PPR(July applicant), and both files are assigned to same "RC", it could be possible that our files are lying with same processing center.
Can we all go to our local MP and inform about the situation so they can atleast inform CIC for same and get us some information about skipping June applicants.

CIC is not working for June.....after July applicants, May be work for august remains medical request.........no chance for June applicants. For second review circumstances, CIC reached April. So net turn for May applicants.

This is quite a group of people and cannot be overlooked. Worst case a solution will be found after the call centre is flooded with June applicants' calls.

If this helps at all, I clearly remember dating back to September last year, some June 5th - 15th (ish) people had problems receiving their AORs on time. Even when mid July applicants were receiving their AORs, this group of people were still watiing. That stirred quite some unrest on this forum. I looked at your current June spreadsheet, although it doesn't reflect what I stated above, I am 100% certain about my memory.

10 months later history seems to be repeating itself. Rather than being shocked, angered, or getting a high blood pressure, you may as well shrug it off and do something practical (say preparing for BOWP if your WP is coming to an end soon) while waiting for July to come and call CIC again.

AoR was delayed for June 1st to 9th people. My application received on June 11th and from then it was as smooth as others. We don't see any delays in medical requests too. I am not sure what the hell happning for RPRF requests (June 2nd to 26th). I received my GCMS notes yesterday and they look very good. I have compared my note with one of July applicant (got RPRF & PPR) and they both look similar. Seems like no one touched our applications (June 2nd to 26th) after medicals updated. It is just a matter of time. Not sure when our time comes. Second review is almost completed for April applicants. Worst case scenario, our time will come after two months when second reviews are taking place.
