Actually there is a email ID for customer/client queries. The ID is -> CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca
But be warned that it is highly likely to get a response after considerable amount of delay. But never hurts trying, though.

We are supposed to provide all details like address, company for the last 10 years from current date. Should not it be applicable for PCCs as well ( I am assuming you lived in Singapore more than 10 years ago) ? Or is it PCC from every country required for all time I have spent so far in life ?

Best bet for you is kick-off the process to procure PCC from Singapore while to negotiate with CIC. Once you get them, send them to CIC

Thanks for the reply, I already have PCC from Singapore but as they said in AOR and like what other people got document requests from CIC, I was also expecting the doc request.

yes I told them that I have applied for PR and send scanned copy of AOR.

I wonder how you got your PCC from Singapore since they require a request letter from CIC, i don't think AOR is sufficient?

I am facing a similar situation and waiting for CIC's request, so that i can show to them.

Hi June Applicants,

I am also a June 2014 applicant . Today morning I received below email from CIC about RCMP certificate :

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Ø Police Certificate: A certified RCMP criminal record check based on fingerprints. Please consult the following LINK for detailed instructions.

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THIS DOCUMENT, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS REQUEST. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTION ONCE A VISA OFFICER HAS REVIEWED YOUR APPLICATION.

The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the address indicated below.

I have already submitted my PCC of India, as per my understanding of this email, RCMP certificate is nothing but Canada PCC.
even I consulted my friends and came to know that sometimes people get this request randomly.

I visited the link given inemail and found the nearby authorized office
Worldwide Forensics Services Inc - Fingerprinting and Card Scan Division
Tel: 416-298-7589
Email: info @ fingerscan.ca
1090 Dundas Street East, Suite 104
Mississauga, ON Canada
L4Y 2B8

I visited the office & gave my wife's & my RCMP request ,
The authorized office was already aware of the process. I was told that I should get my RCMP certificate in 10 days (3 working days + mailing time)

I hope above information is helpful for others

Senior members please guide on next steps to follow after receiving RCMP certificate

Hi, cec_june14,

I would suggest send your emedical information sheet along with a cover letter to cic. All they need is ur UMI # to link your emedicals to ur immigration file.

Also which documents did you send to cic after upfront emedicals.

I did send them the information sheet PDF which had my UMI#...and in cover letter wrote my cec details... but they havent responded atall to my emails....Did they respond to your emails..Its been more than week now...Really worried

Did they ask for your fingerprints?

cec_june14,

usually it takes up to a month for cic to respond emails. As long you have send UMI# plus your identity info after receiving MR. hopefully rprf soon.

Good luck

Is the spreadsheet for June Locked ? Can it it be unlocked back ? There is no point in having a spreadsheet with full data integrity but minimal Data !!

The spreadsheet does not seem updated (so many MRs still not received ?) !! If unlocked people might find it easier to update their data by themselv

i also got rcmp Request. but already submitted with application ! So i am not gonna submit againn!!! RCMP is valid for 12 months!!

name in spreadsheet - infosk

File received - June 9, 2014
Medical Request - January 27, 2015
Medical Done - January 30, 2015

Please update.

Medical Experience:

Doctor's details:

Dr. Dharmavathy Jegatheeswaran
Address: 3852 Finch Ave,
Suite 301,City: Scarborough
Ontario
M1T 3T9
Telephone: 416-298-9956
Spoken Languages: English, Sinhalese, Tamil

Very nice and polite doctor.
-----------
Total Cost- $190 ( Doctors fee- $135, X-ray- 40, Blood test- 15 (21 if you got any tattoos)). All test under 1 roof. It only took 1 hour 30 min.
Upon reaching at doctor's office I filled 1 form, and after that all other tests and examinations. All were smooth and easy.

Documents need to take with you- passport/driving license, medical request form from CIC in your email.

No need to take photograph as this is eMedical. Doctor said they will upload results within 5- 10 business days.

Good luck everyone.

Cheers!

Hello everybody! I'm coming back to the forum after a long time. Can some one please advise what's the current processing time to receive PPR after MR has been submitted? Thanks!

Its valid for 3 months when it is issued but once it is entered in CIC's records, it becomes valid for 12 months (from the date they entered it in their system) on their side.

Hope this helps
