Thanks, well I did that for home country and US. its Singapore which is a issue where I lived 10 years back and they don't give PCC unless I show them AOR. I called CIC and they said call center stopped giving any information on anything. Is there any email address I can communicate and ask if any pending document request?

Actually there is a email ID for customer/client queries. The ID is -> CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca
But be warned that it is highly likely to get a response after considerable amount of delay. But never hurts trying, though.

We are supposed to provide all details like address, company for the last 10 years from current date. Should not it be applicable for PCCs as well ( I am assuming you lived in Singapore more than 10 years ago) ? Or is it PCC from every country required for all time I have spent so far in life ?

Best bet for you is kick-off the process to procure PCC from Singapore while to negotiate with CIC. Once you get them, send them to CIC

Thanks, what happens if there is document request? do we receive email? I did not send PCC for Singapore where I lived before 2014. They(Singapore) dont provide unless AOR is shown. I have the PCC now but I though any additional document is needed then we get the email/ Document request?

I wonder how you got your PCC from Singapore since they require a request letter from CIC, i don't think AOR is sufficient?

I am facing a similar situation and waiting for CIC's request, so that i can show to them.

I think there are a handful of us in the same boat.

I am June 5 applicant, and no MR yet. I am a second time applicant.

I don't think CIC has contacted my previous employer for background checks yet (I would have heard from my contacts there).

I didn't want to take any chances, so I entered into Express Entry already, waiting for processing.

If i am through EE, then I may be able to apply for a BOWP yet again (3rd time). Current BOWP expires Oct 2015

Hi,

I am eligible under CEC still for EE. Unfortunately it seems I still have to apply to the Job Bank, even though I have a valid job offer, which is under a BOWP and not through LMIA.

I just saw my score - its a pathetic 316 - i will have to get my credentials assessed and convince my employer to go for LMIA to get a high score, and after that, I still am not sure what will happen when the application goes under processing

I havent read anything about the maximum number of BOWPs you can apply for

Thanks for the reply. How many times you got your BOWP after i believe your PGWP?
Maximum duration to work in canada is 4 years and then you have to wait another 4 years.
