Thanks for the reply.How many times you got your BOWP after i believe your PGWP?
Maximum duration to work in canada is 4 years and then you have to wait another 4 years.

I have been working since Sep 2012. This is my 2nd BOWP.
CIC says I am exempted from the 4 year rule, because I am under NOC A category. But you never know, Sept 2016 may be my last month

Don't worry guys. I'm June 2 applicant too it's not like all the June 2 applicant got there MR request. I check my email every hour but no MR request yet. But guys please post when you get your MR request. Thanks

I am a june 2014 applicant under CEC. Today I received a email from "CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca" with a subject line "Request for RCMP certificate".

email content is as below
Ø Police Certificate: A certified RCMP criminal record check based on fingerprints. Please consult the following http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cr-cj/fing-empr2-eng.htm for detailed instructions.
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THIS DOCUMENT, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS REQUEST. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTION ONCE A VISA OFFICER HAS REVIEWED YOUR APPLICATION.

My query is

I already submitted my RCMP certificate along with my PR application.

so Do I need to re-do the RCMP check
OR
send scan copy of my RCMP certificate with response that i had already submitted this document
OR
Disregard this mail and wait for the MR

You will have to re-do RCMP check, and resubmit PCC.

since I have already submitted the RCMP and it has no expiry date so why i need to re-do RCMP. Also the email only asks about RCMP not PCC then why I need to do PCC as well. sorry if i am asking so many why's.

i think its better to ask a consultant..you can call cic but call centre guys know nothing

RCMP Clearance Certificate and Canadian Police Clearance Certificate are one and the same thing, just different words. It is valid for 1 year from the date do issuance. They might be working on your Criminality so that why they asked you for another RCMP Clearance Certificate.

I just hope that this not the start of a long wait. There are people who have been waiting for MR for 8 months.

To me it seems like, once your file goes for a second review, it moves to the bottom of application stack, forgotten for months!!

I am also facing same issue...I emailed 3 times to cic stating that i did my upfront medicals already...and still why i m being send MR email...They havent reciprocated till now..its been a week and im worried now
Could you pls advice how to got ur same problem resolved.

hey guys, i got my medical request on jan 26, 2014 and today i got rcmp finger print request which i alredy submitted.

application sent : april 24 2014
application recieved : april 29 2014
aor recieved : sept 9 2014 ( i got aor after 5 months because they misplaced my application somewhere inside the office )

online status : we recieved your application on june 9 2014 ( i guess they consider me june applicant because delay in aor )

medical request : jan 26, 2014

rcmp request : jan 29 2014

could u please help me to find good doctor in brampton ?

Hi, cec_june14,

I would suggest send your emedical information sheet along with a cover letter to cic. All they need is ur UMI # to link your emedicals to ur immigration file.

Also which documents did you send to cic after upfront emedicals.
