Sis, should there be any changes in the principal applicant's details, you can email it to CEM. The right email address is on the SA/File transfer letter that was sent to us.

You can check ur SA letter or try this link: https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=manila

Changes to your address also should be made through the CIC online service:

www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/change-adress.asp.

Here it is:
manila-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

I was supposed to email them yesterday as well. I am getting a bit OC already becaue I don't have any idea if our papers are already sent to them and if they received it already from CPC-M. But I just saved my draft hehe, didn't send it because my ecas showed medicals received which I assume that they already matched the e-medical and the medical results from IOM.

: ):)

Awe, when did they update your ecas to medicals received? I've been looking at mine, and my doesn't say that yet, only that they received them. I am 5 days behind you, so I wil wait a couple of more business days to see if they have matched up my application with my medical results. Wait, or maybe they do things differently at Ottawa, Im not sure, but it would be nice if they let me know that they actually received my application and my med results, just as your VO has done for you.

Nevermind i found the answer to my question:

Did they state that they didn't receive the medicals, or are you thinking they didn't because it doesn't show on ecas?

If you don't see it on ecas, it doesn't mean anything. For some people, ecas never shows "medicals have been received", it simply means that the VO or the officer has not entered it on ecas, but not that it is missing. If they haven't asked you for it, then most likely, they have it - you can't see it, but it doesn't matter.

If your VO has stated that they have not received the medicals, then if you kept it, send the proof again with the number, so they can look for it. You can also call the doctor where you did the exam and check with them if everything has been sent, and when. With that information, come back to your VO and let them know when the doctor sent the results, it might help them find it.

Good luck,
Sweden

I got the "medicals received" update on ECAS 13 days after file transfer bro. But the VO didn't send any AOR that they received the application from CPC-M. They don't normally send AOR in Manila VO hehe :) :) :)

I just wish there was any way we could know that our VO has indeed received our papers. Those of us who doesn't have "Medicals Received" updates in ECAS are left wondering... :(

You can order your ATIP/GCMS notes and see what happened with your file until now. If you have someone in Canada that can ask for them in your name, it's only 5$. If not, it's somewhere around 25-40-60$.
