It depends upon person to person... If your Doctor uploads the reports within 2-3 days of your medicals then you should be getting your PPR/CoPR in 2 weeks time... But still its CIC and you never know...

Another quick question.If maybe an applicant when submitting additional documents leaves out one of the first zeros in his application number E00 instead of E000 and he also state hisr correct UCI do you think the additional document might get misplaced.

Shouldn't be a problem. They will find your file with your UCI, so don't worry.

As per my knowledge, you need to complete the landing first.
