Friends,

I just got a call from the Immigration officer taking care of my application. He wanted to know if I got medicals through my earlier application (2010).

I told him that I didnt get any medicals from that application so he said that he will be sending my Medicals shortly. He is a very nice guy tried to call me 3 times today. Luckily I answered 3rd time. He told me that everything is good with my file and the process is completed. Also he mentioned that I dont need to send anymore documents other than RRPF will follow soon.

For those who are waiting be patient may be there is something little they need to verify and they are doing that now. Good luck.

I will post again when I get the actual email.

Very interesting. Make sure you check twice before paying RPRF. Also let us know about the mail.

Hey mates!

Got my medical booked for next week and just received my Bio & RPRF! I guess this means all is passed but medicals? Meds request were 3 days ago.

Even I havent received Bio/RPRF, I received MR on 7th of this month. And btw I paid my RPRF fees along with my application. So i would wait for it. I Guess its nothing to be worried.

Hi Honeysingh,

I had send the receipt, so, do you think there is no road block from our side to get the PPR request or still we need to get the biodata/rprf request to get the PPR ?

I am not 100% sure, but just give some time or apply GCMS.

you never knowyou may receive the request by the end of today.

Good Luck

Thanks Toby...at the current pace that CIC is working you will get some news soon. I'm happy that they are working diligently and reducing the processing time. This will benefit everyone. Having my application finalized in 9 months seemed like a bad joke last year, but now its become reality almost. Great stuff...

I know right!! CIC can be like a bad date at times lol..no predicting how things will go. Based on current trend, seems like they will keep up the pace 8)

Just received MR.

I did upfront medical but they didnt seem to notice lol!

Sent them back an email with the sheet the clinic gave at the medical exam.
