Hi Aaad,

Just to confirm - Did you pay your RPRF fees by an Indian credit card ? How much was the total cost in INR (including transaction fees) ?

Hi Jen just a quick question: your got AOR in June 2012 or your application package is received by CIC in June 2012?

If its the former I'd say the wait is pretty long...
Its kind of "normal" if its the latter case...

Hi ther S_W_U,

It's the Aor and yes it was quite long wait..
But I guess the patience is worth it..i have a friend who almost have the same timeline as mine and she received her MR 3 days prior to mine..

Btw, when I received my file number ony email it was stated on the same email
That they have desucted already the fee.

Another input I wish to share... I received my file number friday...
So every friday I check my email my friend who is a PR now was rigt that
There is some kinda pattern when they send email..not sure if it works to everyone though.
Goodnight!
Goodluck!

This is not true ..There is nothing that the DMP give you. The bio data form is sent by CIC only when they ask for the PPR .

Thanks for your reply.
Now I understand. I was confused as I went for upfront medical and We got the form 1017B to send it to CIC.

Hey Canadavisa07

Are you sure it was 28,000 ? I believe it should be Rs 2800 and not Rs 28,000 which is too expensive. Please let me know where in India did you get your medicals done from ?

Did you check with CIC if your passport can be submitted in New Delhi ?

sent a PM to you aaad. BTW - please share your docs office address to everyone. I am sure people in India love to hear from you :)

Hi - RPRF fees is 490 CAD, even if you take exact cad to inr rate of 53, you pay 53*490 = 26,000 + credit card companies charge some commission, so the fees can never be 2800 :)

By mistake, I thought it was the medical cost.

I agree with you about not getting too happy . I want to know if we can call the physician or if they give us any tracking number for medical sent to Cic.

Thanks for the info . My dmp didn't give me any number, so I am wondering if I should call and ask for one .
