Something unbelievable happened.... I got my RCMP request from CIC on 20th Oct and on 22nd Oct i got my request for Medicals.... From now on, i hope its gonna be great news to all applicants... Looks like they are working on Saturdays too...

Wow Congratulations! I was wondering around for med request! if you dont mind would u tell me the med request came in mail or email? did your ecas has been changed from application received to med requested?

how about you share your friend timeline; your friend applied to CEC?
it doesn't help to relieve the frustration when people come and say things lightly.

If you look at the earlier applicants it should be 2 months on an average...but now its hard to predict anything....the processing is quite random....so take it as it comes I guess..

My friend applied on 1st June. His NOC Code is: 2173. He got his AOR on the 1st week of October. And on 2nd week of october, he got Med. request.

2173 is software engineer, that's why it's quick, but congratulations to your friend!
