Guys, If my predictions are correct most of us should recieve our passports in the week of 10th June. Lets cross the fingers and wait.

3 weeks since I sent the passport and nothing has moved since...was checking the PNP forum and looks like its taking time for passport return. At the same time, I do see some pps being returned quickly. As per my understanding, the processing is complete after PPR and DM on ecas. Is that correct or there is still some processing left which delays the PP return? Don't understand why the stamping and return of the passport should take so long.

If the person has a legal representative, will the COPR go to the lawyer mailing address or the individual? I'm guessing it goes to the lawyer?

Yes, I guess it will go to the lawyers mailing address.

Still waiting... I actually contacted CPP-O as I need to travel urgently and they claimed it's in queue for visa printing. Hopefully I get it before my travel due date.

Wow! Congrats Rick. Guess the passport will be with you Monday i guess. Few days short of 12 months for the whole process. Not bad.

I applied in June 2012, got my AOR in July 2012 .. that's it. I've not received any updates since then and neither has my eCAS been updated.
I sent e-mails to Ottawa immigration in Mar, Apr and May. The response was always the same that my application was waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer and I'll be contacted if any action is required from my side.

Is there anyone else who has not received his/her MR yet? By any chance, did you request for your GCMS notes? If so, what did it say?

As per CIC, the application processing time is about 13 months. I am about to complete 13 months but have not received even the MR. (I actually did MR and sent the result to visa office in January itself).

Hi nptfdo,

There are few other May applicants too who are in similar situation.

You may firstly want to urgently make a call to CIC. Call Centre telephone number: 1-888-242‑2100 . It will take some time 10-15mins to get through to the operator, thats normal.
You need to know if your Medical that was sent on so and so date, has it been received by CIC at all? If they say yes - ask if CIC has sent you any correspondence after that? Just to make sure if anything hasn't been lost in the mail.

You may also want to drop an email to CPP-ottawa asking the same questions as above. In addition to that, that your application is approaching 13 months - you are concerned if you need to provide any documents at this time. (And im sure you do this always but just incase- in every correspondence with CIC - after the body of the message include your full name, CEC application no., dob, pob and residential address.)

Lastly - if you haven't done it already, please quickly make the online ATIP request (aka GCMS)- its free if you are still in Canada. You will get the report back in 30 days. I'm hopeful that you will hear back from CPP-ottawa lot before that, but just incase if not, from the ATIP report you will know what process have been done on your application so far.
