I Cant believe. We are done preparing our application! No just mailed it out this evening! So excited

Hi, congradulation for first step
i'm going to send them next week, can you help me for organizing documents?
Do you put all of them in one envelope or separate envelopes?
and do u think its ok that i write date of pictures at the back of them? do you write the name of persons in the picture too?
I'm so worry for these documents

I put everything in one envelope. Follow checklist and put in the same order. Pictures. I separated them 2011 and 2012. And then put each year in the separate ziploc bag. I sign every picture- who is in the picture. Who is taking the picture. Where it was taken and when it was taken. I think we send around 300 pictures.

I got confused in 1 question
In sponsorship evaluation, second page : Details of family members and persons included in undertakings in effect or not yet in effect
should i write my spouse name which i sponsored him Huh? because for each table it is written persons included in previous undertaking ...

And one more : in checklist, what is identity and civil status documents???
