Yes my address had disappear like in August and just came back yesterday... but only on my husband's ecas, not mine (I am sponsoring him)

when my wife logs in using her Fxxxxxxxxx number she can see her address in UK but me (the sponsor) can't see! weird!!

Does this mean that London VO has received tha application or CPC-M put it!

when cpc-m approved me as a sponsor they sent me 2 no one UCI and one F with 9 digits no, as i think this is a new policy by cic, what do u think??

yes, I think cpc-m now gives the file number with the approval letter. new policy for sure.

Yep, we got a file number in the sponsorship approval email they sent out. Im unable to use it yet though....

That's what I suspected. I wonder what led them to start doing that.

I think it just means that as she's the one logged in, she can see the address for the principal applicant. If you log in with the UCI (Client ID) CPC-M assigned you, you'd be able to see the sponsor's information.

Cic needs to get there crap straight they phoned my wife today and said the info they gave her last time was wrong, that if they don't make a decesion in 2 weeks to call back instead of 30 days. And that they sent her a email on July 19th, the day thy started processing her app. Yet she never got it and the email they have on file for her is my email. She asked what about the email I got from buffalo and she asked if I was in Canada and she said yes and she said that's why but I got this email before I even came to Canada.
