can someone give me some help with filling out the form to order gcms notes? i hope it's okay that i fill it out by hand and not typed. anyways i dont know what my refrence number is? where do i find that? and if something doesnt apply do i leave it blank or put a n/a? like the dependents because i have none, and i only want the gcms notes so all the options below i just leave unchecked and unfilled out? and the embassy would be buffalo? sorry if that sounds confusing and thanks for the help.

Where you can use N/A or Not applicable and as for writing or typing it should not matter. Just make sure your hand writing is legible. If the check boxes only gives you one option and it doesn't apply then leave blank. I hope this helps.

Status on ecas had changed to Decision made !!!! And, my husband's aunt (whose address he listed as his mailing address in London) received a letter from the Canadian High Commission yesterday. He's going around tomorrow to pick the letter up! So nervous, but so excited to know what the decision is!!! Will let you guys know how it goes tomorrow!
