Hi senior

I got NER. However, I am filling the form and found some difficulties in Background declaration form Q 6. do I have to fill up yes or no option "d" (do I or my spouse refused visa to Canada? (. I got NER due to my JD is not match with social worker JD. If I have to fill it, do my spouse need to fill it too? Pls answer

This is interesting question. First of all has he been refused for a visa? PR application is not a visa, however it is some kind of application. But at the same time he was not refused, he just got a negative review. Seniors please clarify and help us.
Plus by the way main topic, his family ... they were not refused, they were just happened to be on the same application ...

No Your VISA was not refused ...... none of you has to fill it .....

thanks.. my ECAS still CIO review complete... still waiting for RBVO status or better yet IN Process anticipating for MR really soon... Goodluck to us all. Hope Manila VO will be soooo kind enough to send us the MR before the month ends.

Dear all,

My status is now Received by Visa Office.

Inside note is as follows:

"We received your application for permanent residence on June 10, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 10, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

I checked my status today after 4-Sep-2011. So I'm not sure about the exact date of status change. We can assume it as 7-Sep-2011.

I would like to ask whether you received 2nd AOR from Singapore VO yet? I also apply under Singapore VO, my case after yours 12 days and we are June applicants therefore, you are my senior and your time frame become my standard. please update if you have any news form VO office.
