From all the replies, Ali, it seems CIO considered you under FSW1 and not FSW2 hence going by that your occupation is not under the 29 approved list, your application was rejected although you submitted all the correct documents but you did not mention the correct NOC code where it matters.

You don't need to have 1 year experience as bookkeeper. it is either or as mandie mentioned.
Just sort out your papers, mention correct NOC and re-send and good luck!

Oh probably you need to get new PCC as usually they have 3 months validity?

Pls can anyone confirm if CIO is through with June applicants ?

Cos I applied in july & I kinda need some goodnews in my life soonest.

Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

Now it is time to get my police certificate! But I have taken already and I am afraid it will expire in 20 days (3-month vality). And it is time to inform any changes in employment, address, birth and marriage.
 
@ Xnista, I couldnt agree with you more! I miss a heartbeat when I see any ecas alert in my inbox! I am waiting for an alert since my address disappeared more than a week ago....Mandie

Omo Naija, there are still some Juners left, but knowing CIO, u can never know! I think u shd check with the July thread. For some reason, (the sheer force with which applications were fired left and right, I could keep the pace lol). I might just do that....Mandie

I'm in the same boat. My husband's PCC was submitted with the application but mine I hadn't received back from the FBI. It is expiring 9/20 (for some reason FBI ran the check on 6/20 but didn't send it to me until July) so I am wondering if they will send an additional document request before it expires or to just go ahead and send it to my VO now before ecas changes to RBVO. Wondering if we should just both apply again for another PCC since it is taking so long now to get them back.

1)... My appl status is RBVO and address is disappeared from Ecas... what could be the indication!!.. Didnt receive 2nd AOR yet.... any idea what is NDVO email address from which we get emails so that i can add it to the contacts...

2).. I took PCC in last september... Its been one year... will it cause any problem... I can provide the latest if CIC requests.

A lot of addresses have disappeared (including mine). We are all hoping it leads to the next stage of the process. For a case specific enquiry, follow the link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/new-delhi.asp
For the PCC, when VO needs, they will request for it, so just be prepared to get it when requested....Mandie
 
E-CAS Status is still RBVO but address disappeared, heart beat is uncontrolled now :o :'(

For the sake of sanity, I hope it won't change back to RBVO. I also hope in a few days they will add those sweet lines

Dear senior and fellow applicants

I am going to apply again. However, in new system I am facing difficulties to fill-up application form. Please help me out of this problem-

My wife and I am going to apply. I am the principle applicant. We do not have any children or any other dependents (except my wife).

My question is #

1. Do my wife and I have to fill-up form "Additional Dependents Declaration (IMM 008DEP)"

2. Do my wife and I have to fill-up form "Statutory Declaration of Common-law union (IMM 5409)"

3.Do my wife and I have to fill-up form "Separation Declaration for Minors Traveling to Canada (IMM 5604)"

4. Last application (I got NER) my wife was second applicant. Is her UCI number will be the same as mine and have to put in in Generic application form as mine.?

Can somebody please clarify this:

Applied in September 4, 2010. They requested additional documents which were sent on 24th Feb 2011. Received confirmation from CIO on email dated 11 April 2011 acknowledging my application saying your application I quote

"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010.

Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing." unquote

My lawyer is sending all further correspondence to UK Canadien HC.

How long it might take now before I receive the medical request. All required document including IELTS already submitted with application. Category applied is NOC #0811
