Congratulations on ur PER.
Next stage is RBVO , it takes 20 to 25 days to change ur e-cas status.
2nd AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt) issues from V O , When V O completes a quick review on ur application, if they find it ok they send AOR with another file no, time of AOR varies from V O to V O (1 To 3 Months) in 2nd AOR they ask few queries regarding ur Education, Bank, Employer , Relatives in Canada etc (Sr Plz Correct if I m wrong)

I am new on this forum, but this is just great. My status now show as RBVO. When it changed, I don't know. But if you look at the details inside, it says, "your application recieved on March 14, we reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April on 11."
As per your judgment, it takes around 20 to 25 days from application received to RBVO and then it takes around 1 to 3 months before you receive the second AOR. Correct me if I am wrong in my assumption. Therefore as per my calculation, status change to RBVO must have occured around May 10 2011. It is now going to be 4 months and I am still waiting for my 2nd AOR. Do you think I should contact the VO.

Please give your opinion, it is most welcome with me.

Dear Shahzad , Welcome to the forum, if u read the previous posts & spreadsheet u can have an idea about the timeline , tell me what is ur V O?? time of 2nd AOR varies from V O to V O, if ur V O is London then u have to wait more, don't contact the V O just wait , u gonna get the e-mail soon, as my friend just got an e-mail & he got PER in 21th March his V O is London.

Hey, it's no problem which one comes first! As for the address disappearance, we are hoping it is going to lead to Medical request soon! Mandie

I hope you remember that my file returned but there is no documents is less........every thing was fit and fine HRDC job offer approved........my NOC was right and you also approved it.....so finally i found that there was a mistake by officer to evaluate my file and returned to me without going go ahead..........finally,,,,,i have to just print out new form.......and going to send it again..........what do you thing.......mistake could be happened there??????????????????

One more thing......why i prepared my file in two days only cause all papers are notarized and in line......so i do not have to get new one ........officer did not mark any thing over my notarized copies..........Returned file is different than NER.............We receive every thing with package and it is very easy to send it again.....without waiting of any thing...........

Yes there was letter in my Enevelope they are saying that your occupation is not listed in 29 Eligible profession ok right cause im professionaly Manager Accounts ........then they said you did not have job offer...........yes i have ...........Job Offer of Bookkeeper and put all related documents in the envelope.......There always two page of Job Offer Letter from HRDC approval.........she or he could not check the first page but have a tick over second page it may the reason that she or he said that i do not have job offer documents............

Oh I see, then it is a mistake on CIO's part! Challenging is tantamount to making a new application......are you willing to pay another fee or hold them to their mistake (challenge) which can backfire and delay the application if indeed there is a wee chance it was not their fault. Best advice, pay the fee and get the refund later....Mandie

No im not challenging..........im applying again with fee..........no matter .......but with a written letter to them for their mistake...........

Dear Murtazah, thanks for the welcome. Yes, you are right, my VO is London. Please put my name on the list. If you see my previous correspondence to Mandie, you will find all the details of the application.

You can not believe CIO-S has returned SW2 application saying your application does not fit to SW1 !!!!!??? They thought or considered AEO based application as SW1 and said your job is not in list of 29 professions. By the way yoou clearly mention on your envelope that it is SW1 or SW2. Anyway, it happens. And I do not understand why poor applicants should bear their mistake consequence.
Make sure you include a clear cover letter. And do not send any document assuming they will understand. They do not understand without clarification in even simple cases (, like work timing in a week) and you assume you are dealing with robots. Either black or white and no grey
