In Non SDS, Medical request comes after around one month after eligibility started and if you pass eligibility.

It happens, I have seen some cases where applicants summitted upfront medical and when eligibility started they just directly got ppr in few days

I did not defer yet. There is no online option for fall 2021. And last date for deferment is 30 Sept. So waiting for few more days. Then I will go for it.

You have around two more weeks in that case. I guess you'll receive it by then.

The issue is last date for registration was Sept 8. I did not register, but still might be uni would give me margin If I will get ppr in few days because last date to join class is Sept 22.

Maybe you should register now and then later drop according to your university dropping course deadlines. I think the later you delay the lesser seats will be available in any course. Might end up being on waitlist by then.

I don't know the rules of your university, but just look into your courses once maybe to make sure you don't end up on waitlist.

There are so many uncertainties, IRCC messed up all. They really don't care about student's plan and future.
