I think IRCC place the implementation time on a Wednesday, in between 2 draws, for a reason.

We should, yes. Some people are speculating that draws may be suspended due to the change from NOC to TEER but I don't think it was ever officially confirmed.
They should really fix the EE calculations before they do the draw and un-screw up everything they screwed up when the made the TEER change. Will be interesting to see if they make the fix first or go ahead with the draw all the same. Right now a ton of people are getting credit for Canadian experience they don't have so at least some portion of any ITAs issued (maybe many?) will be wrong. Anyway, will be interesting to see what they do.

There are a bunch of threads on this in the EE section of the forum which you can look for and read through. People with less than a year of Canadian work experience (e.g. 2 months) are getting points for having a year of Canadian work experience. There is also an issue with spousal points and people not getting those.
Has someone received the ITA already? I'm at 493 points, but I haven't gotten the ITA in my email or IRCC account yet.
