my application reched sydney July 25,2013...and i have not receive any AOR yet..i am tensed..dont know whats going on

Have you checked your spam folder?

Check whether your application status is available on ECAS. If they sent you an AOR, then it should show up there by now. If not, I would recommend calling the CIC help line.

No I dont even have my File number and there seems no way off contacting the cic...I know people who applied a month after me who have got their file number

You don't necessarily need a file number. You must have a UCI number. Use it to see if you can find your status on ECAS.

If not, contact the CIC helpline and speak with someone about what could have gone wrong.

Or maybe you or them had a typo in the email address so perhaps you will get ur AOR in the mail.
Contact them. They might be able to tell you if it's on your way

Use the link to ECAS I posted on my website
( https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/24404541/home.html )
and try to login using your UCI number and other requested personal information.
If you can logon to ECAS and check your application status, than you should already have
received your AOR and it might've ended up in your spam folder.

I think the OP has said, he has not yet received his AOR.
My advise will be to contact the Intake office and check with them. This is their email Address CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca . . For more reference check this page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-after.asp .

You need to ensure you give full details like Name in Full, DoB, CoB, Address etc so that they can identify you Application.

Correct, but what if the AOR went to the spam folder and got deleted? Without checking if he / she is able to login
to ECAS we just don't know what happened.
Maybe he received the AOR, accidentally deleted the email... As long he's able to logon to ECAS and check the application status, it's all good.
