3rd time reapplying. 1st application was in February; it was sent back to me in April for ID. Applied in April; sent back to me today, fee short of $3.25.

OMG, SAME!!! I have also had it sent back THREE TIMES!!! Applied for the first time December 2025, had it sent back because of wrong dimensions of pictures and 2nd time was also due the free change!!!!
