3rd time reapplying. 1st application was in February; it was sent back to me in April for ID. Applied in April; sent back to me today, fee short of $3.25.

OMG, SAME!!! I have also had it sent back THREE TIMES!!! Applied for the first time December 2025, had it sent back because of wrong dimensions of pictures and 2nd time was also due the free change!!!!

I applied on 25th July 2026 and my application got returned today saying they could not verify my physical presence as visitor in 2022 asked me to submit physical presence again. Don't they get data from CBSA ? How can I prove my physical presence as visitor during those months ? I had already attached my visitor visa.

If I submit again with more proofs like airline ticket will it now be October submitted application ? This is so stupid

I think this is specific to calculation of your physical presence before you became PR. Assuming your 5 yr eligibility calculated by system is from 25th July 2026 to 25th July 2021, you probably need to check your physical presence section too

1. During this eligibility period, when did you become PR ?
2. Did you include your non PR days in physical calculation section ?

I am not sure on what questions does system ask in case you were in Canada as TR before you became PR. My guess is - this has nothing to do with CBSA (which I think would be confirmed by IRCC during your application processing). You can check above details and revert with your observations.

Also before resubmitting ensure all IDs are valid and photos are within 6 months of expected AOR. Best luck .

On other note, seems IRCC does completeness check much before sending AORs (saying this since June AORs are still pending) and you being late July applicant still received communication from IRCC

So added my (visitor days*0.5 + 1*PR days) to 1105 days total on 25th July 2026 when I applied.

Now with returned application my PR days by itself are 1100+.

You have help make it easy for the IRCC officers, write a solid LOE, get CBSA entry and exit records, tickets or boarding passes if you have them. That should suffice.

Yes it will!!! Very frustrating. I have had mine sent back twice now. And each time the clock restarts as I wait 3 months for the AOR.

Unsure why there has been super delay in getting the AOR. I am sure the timeline posted in the application status page is inaccurate. My friend who applied in late in July got the AOR and test link.
