I see people from 09July2023 also not receive AOR on the google docs PR tracker.

Canada pull out 41 diplomats from India, and their offices other then New Delhi on hold, dont know upto when. Hmm. will definitely hammpering processing files, any idea it will affect family spouse class processing as well.

There’s quite a few July cases on here and many of them looks like got AOR! You can ask them about their experiences as well

I’ve seen a few comments from immigration lawyers and consultants that the visa process for India won’t fully stop but the cases that are being processed in India will significantly slow down.

I have ghost updates on Tracker two times. Today and October 19th. It's been showing Eligibilty has not started on the Tracker but it shows in GCKEY it has started and they reviewing it since September. Also Background check changed to N/A before we give Medicals.

Eligibility is under review or not what do u guys think?

As far as I have noticed, after medical shows completed in tracker it takes 2-3 months for you to get PPR. Now this could depend on case to case. And as far as BG check it changes to NA and in progress from time to time in gckey. It means they are processing and reviewing your eligibility.

Got an another update on the Tracker. My last name on my PR card and on my application was different, but on my passport (my marriage last name) was different. So they changed it to my recent last name.

I am a sponsor and PR. Looking some light is that right step to stay couple months in India or untill spouse & dependent processing is done. As of now for them SA, medical, bio are completed and showing background is processing. I think stay with them and comeback to canada together.

To answer your question @amangurinder_ Sponsor Approval is not AOR 2.

Hey,

Status Update on my spouse's PR and TRV application.

Wife Applied for TRV - Visit Visa on October 5, 2023.
Biometrics were given on October 20, 2023 as part of her PR application.
Biometrics were cleared on October 23, 2023.

For TRV:

• Background Check & Eligibility is in progress status.

For Sponsorship / PR:

• Background Check is in progress.
• No Medical has been requested to date.
• Eligibility has not begun.

DAY 97 since applying today.

Looking back at the June 2023 applicants in the excel form, I see the average to full response is 124 days. Fingers crossed for the same timeline.
