July 2020 Timeline- TRV Application Outside Canada

Hi All,
Not sure if this is the right forum thread for this query.
I am a PR in Canada and applied for my parents Canada TRV (visitor's visa) who are residing in India.
Submitted their application on July 2nd, and no response yet since then.
What are the current waiting timelines ?

Anyone who can throw some light here would be greatly appreciated.

Have they already done biometrics? If not they won’t be able to process their application until doing biometrics is possible. No standard processing these days especially since a large percentage of applications from India can’t be completed. Will also depend if a medical is required which can also create delays down the road.

I have a question for the TRV. In the first question form of the account, I mean the question form that is filled out before uploading the files. Do you put the option OTHERS also as in Imm 5257, put others on both sides?
