I really can’t understand how they can be so fxxking slow and useless.
They are not slow - IRCC have other priorities than you do. They process feb and march 2021 extremely fast. In 2-3 month applicants pass all stages and get copr. In 2021 yearly statistic it will show their great efficiency in immigration process. But we are forgotten, because our applications already counted as 2020 "complex applications" statistics.

Then they are purely evil. Compared to what they did to FNs, this is nothing.

Hello everyone, do need your help. I’m CEC candidate, June 2020 submission, Bio , Medical, RCMP clearance done in Nov 2020 , but nothing received yet . I’m CEC outland candidate. Is there anyone in the same boat?? i’m bit worried. My consultant said me that he doesn’t received any thing yet.

I don’t think that is reasonable enough to abandon applications submitted last year. Something is obviously wrong with their database that they find it difficult to disclose. Let’s see how it unfolds.

Hello
I applied under CEC last year in June 2020 and waiting for the final decision, right now am getting a good opportunity in different province. Is it alright to change province though that my application is still pending?
Please suggest me, I’d move or wait till the final decision. Also, any clue why it’s taking so long (i do have Outland dependants)
thanks in advance

YEs, you can move to any province except Quebec.

Once you change your Province, make sure you update your address with IRCC.

If you have outland dependents, then it will take long as IRCC its currently not finalising applications with outland dependents.

Thanks for your response.
So if I don’t move then it’d be less time or it’d be the same scenario in both the cases?
However, any clue why they’re not finalizing or when should we expect?
Thanks in advance again!

Moving to another province has no impact on your application, as along as you are not moving to QC.

IRCC is finalising application, you just have to wait your turn.

We’re currently finalizing most applications we received between
July 19 and 25, 2020 ?
If your application is complex, it may take us longer to process it.
All other Express Entry applications
  • We have limited capacity to process applications and you may experience a delay.
  • If your application was approved on or before March 18, 2020, and your COPR has expired, you must follow these instructions.
