How did you speak to them? I'm trying since yesterday, but after I put my application number and I press 0 to speak with an agent, the voice says that all the agents are busy and the phonecall is cut down.

You have to call when they open at 8am Ottawa time.

I would like to repeat myself, that they stated that due to COVID things are slower and at the moment they are understaffed, maybe that is why it is "slow", but tbh, we are still in the timeline, so should be all fine! HOPEFULLY !

Ordered GCMS notes right away, slightly stressed, but hoping for the best

Your RCMP report is replacing the BIL to be used for conducting the criminality check.

How do you know RCMP is replacing BIL. , pl can you tell me where does it say that ?

Everything is processing, bio not updated to completed, and I have a missed call from “no caller ID”. Only know one guy who has that and he did not call me that day. I’m so confused right now.

Turned out it was someone else in my case.

Everything is on the reference letter. It’s possible it’s because of my variable work hours or the fact that the company went bankrupt due to covid thus couldn’t verify employer website. These are my guesses.
