My file still says Eligibility in progress.
Only medical and biometrics are showing up as complete.
No ghost update after biometrics updated on file.

I applied on 7th July 2020 but I haven't received any request for Canadian PCC yet. I am starting to get a little worried.

For most inland applicants it's requested when the R10 is completed (medical passed/bio letter issued). If your medical has already been passed then you probably won't need it. The chances of them asking after R10 is quite low, unless they find something strange during criminality.

Thank you for sharing! That's good news for people who are not receiving any GU, at least gives us hope that somebody might be working on the file.

They said
AOR - July 2
Eligibility- passed
Criminality- under process
Medical passed- August 21
Biometrics- Exempt completed on October 21
Security- not started yet.

Agent confirmed it verbally.
Online it’s still same medical and biometrics (exempt) passed and rest still in progress.
Agent also confirmed that once eligibility is passed, then I should soon expect decision on my BOWP.

I contacted them on Monday, my application in Ottawa right now and says still process my eligibility lol. AOR July 1

-> Mine's even slower, BIOMETRICS in the right-upper corner linked, but still message:
"We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details."
-> Which still is really ridiculous, I keep looking in my account but there are no changes whatsoever in regards to these stupid biometrics. Exempt, but doesn't state anything that completed. My patience is on the edge haha, some people's states "completed" some is like mine! WHYYYYYYY !

i understand it is too slow. But, no other option as of now. To call please dial (1-888-242-2100) and select 3-4-1-0 to connect with agent.

I hear you. I called a couple of weeks ago to see if my LOE was attached. They confirmed it was. I'm waiting for a webform request I sent in last week. Starting to get really nervous.

Don't worry, web form confirmation can now take up to approximately 1.5 weeks.

3-4-1-0 doesn't work for me. The menu seems to be completely different.
