I doubt it. In our GCKEY, background passed on Feb 28, eligibility reviewed and application approved on Sept 27. During the 7 month in between, several rounds of applicants received their COPR or even PR card. I think the application may be on hold either waiting for medical extension or Outland applicants. Just my assumption

Called IRCC today, agent came with a new excuse saying the are numbers of check that need to be done after final decision is approved. @legalfalcon could you please advise what checks have to be done or agent was just BS with some new excuse. Final decision approved in march.

The agent is correct. After a decision is made and before the PPR can be sent it has to be made sure that all checks are done and valid, all documents on file are valid and not expired and then respective entires have to be made for COPR, visa etc. and allocated to the VO based on your country of residence and then the PPR is sent.

It really depends on your luck…. I found that those agents who would answer my questions has a bigger agent ID, maybe they are newer?

I'm sure lots of people are in the same boat - those late 2019 and the whole batch of 2020 applicants, both inland and outland... Many are still waiting and to be honest, there's really no way to follow up. What we can do is wait till next week to kick off the petition process. Nope not yet coz before the election Trudeau dissolved everything. Now we have to wait till it resumes working again.

Nothing yet, all that was asked was to indicate who was outland so they process documents to get in. Hoping that comes fast.
