I have booked my medicals for tomorrow and I went a nose surgery 2 years back, do I need to disclose that surgery to the physician since the same is cured now and the same problem cannot arise in the future.

What do you guys suggest?

Yes, disclose it to the Panel Physician and he will decide whether to add it to the report or not, most likely if it has cured, he will not add it to the report that will be transmitted to IRCC.
