No AOR, like I said.PA country Azerbaijan.
Wasn't able to reach the Immigration office although I don't think they will be able to help over the phone

True....They don't give any accurate answer over the phone...My husband called CIC so many times but haven't got anything.

I think in our case, apart from being just bad luck the issue may be that fact that we got married shortly after I became a PR.

Yes, July 16th applicant. PA - India. Nothing yet.

My spouse medical had been done and submitted yesterday and it is passed. My spouse's file has been transferred to Mississauga on November 5th already.

So my question is that now will her file process at Mississauga or back home NDVO? Please let me know if anyone has the same situation.

If you see decision made under both the sponsor and the principal applicants side, and you haven’t received a procedural fairness letter, then your application was approved and you just have to wait for PPR
