I am also a GTA applicant waiting for the test (in process since September 21st 2018)
So , I have requested for the electronic notes for my case.

I thought my case would be with the Eglinton office (or some office in Toronto)
Instead it is with Mississauga office.

The following is the status

What can be implied from this..?
Would it take some more time before the test invite..?

Why is the Language still in "Not Started" as the required language criteria (mark sheets) have already been sent with the application itself..?

I am completely over the moon! I got an email for my citizenship ceremony for 30 April. I was not expecting to hear anything after my application updated to Decision made a couple days ago!

Is it normal that after more than three months after passing the test, the status has not changed and we have not received the invitation to the oath ceremony?

e-CAS (as of today):
  1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 25, 2018.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on October 3, 2018.
  3. We started processing your application on October 16, 2018.
  4. We sent you a notice on December 6, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on January 8, 2019 at 10:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us
