I called CIC today and the agent was not able to find my file. The agent said they have not opened all the citizen application received on July 13.

My application was received on 13th July

Send on the 3rd and they receive it on the 9. Nothing yet.

Application delivered on July 16th, AOR received on 12th September and I can access ECAS from today 19th September 2018.

This is not instant,I received mine about 8PM Sydney time, I guess the servers are scheduled to shot those AOR once or twice a day
