Raised CSE on 29th January after completing 6 months and got generic reply.
Sent email to ottawa to know office but got no reply .

Approx 50 days after my file was approved, I received the PPR email. So, yes Sydney CIO is slow. Good Luck everyone stay strong and thanks.

Hi, I noticed you too had MEP delays like me. I'm also waiting for security to start I wonder if our applications will be processed along with others with same MEP (those that applied much later than us, but with straight forward medicals)

I honestly doubt that. But then again, it's the IRCC. This wait is excruciating.

Primary Office: CIO
Secondary Office: CPC-Ottawa

My additional documents for Consent Letter of minor child was accepted by office.
Status is same as 1st one:
E - Recommend passed
C - In Progress
S - Not Started

Last update date is 14th DEC 2018 by CIO and Text is *** AGENT REVIEW ***

Should I raise another notes or wait for 1 or 2 weeks ?
OR
Should I raise a CSE after a week asking about status of Crim and Sec ?

I don't know why your criminality is in progress. I have a feeling that's the reason for the delay.
Any possible reasons for why your criminality still isn't passed?

Just got the platinum email:

ITA:13th June
AOR: 16th July
Medical passed: 2nd Aug
IP1: 3rd Sep
IP2: 3rd Nov
PPR request: 4th Feb

Just called cic. (Roughly 22 mins wait). Told them that the status only shows medical passed and background not started. The lady agent said, "They're still working on your case. Background check has begun but they've not arrived to the final decision yet. You'll be notified as soon as they finish processing it. "

Any idea how much longer after this response i'd have to wait?

I have extensive travel history to US, European countries....That can be the reason...
I think only option as of now is to wait and raise CSE / notes....

Next time you call, specifically ask about Eligibility, Criminality & Security.

Yes. All the PCC are verified by agent..RCMP Screening says NRT
On 1st Aug 2018, agent notes also say "R10 OK" and Recommendation is Pass Criminality
Seems CIO is reviewing the additional documents as text is *** AGENT REVIEW ***

There is a Paper File Transfer on 13th Dec 2018 from CPC-Ottawa to CIO
Any impact of this ?
