Hi Guys.... May application is pending decision since July 2018... It was earlier at VO Sydney and in April 2019 transferred to NDVO... Since then I have been waiting.

GCMS notes mentioned that I didn't meet the eligibility.... So I immediately mailed them the additional docs directly through webform and also mailed the NDVO office.

Seems like nobody has picked up my file. I did get a ghost in July 2019, but then nothing happened.. What should I do????

Hi you can try this Facebook group: Ask Kubeir. It is a very helpful group for suggestions and advice.
If you were inside Canada, contacting local MP would have been a good choice. But candidates who are outside Canada, webforms and phone call (closed for now due to Covid) is the only help I know for those who are applying on their own.

I will say its not mandatory if you have other ways of proving your company exists. Most GCMS notes posted here have something in common when the case analyst wants to verify a company. "confirmed employer via web search''

You can include documents to show the company exists like certificate of incorporation, business licence etc..
Hello, my case is similar as one of my company does not have website. I just submitted my application this week, still far to go. But do you think that I should submit business license via webform plus LOE to avoid any delay on my document?
Thanks for your help

Received PR confirmation email finally. Due to Covid, Inland landing appointments are cancelled, and PRs are being confirmed by email.
AOR: May 2018. My application was put 'on hold' from Nov 2018.
Reason may be that after gaining enough points, I was not working in same NOC as I had applied in anymore. I was working in NOC C level. Or it may be due to Security screening OR both. Cannot know for sure. My local MP helped a lot by follow-ups.

Timeline:
Applicant: Express Entry - FSW Inland.
AOR: May 2018
Application put 'On Hold': since Nov 2018.
Remed request: 31-Jan-2020
Schedule A request 1: 31-Jan-2020
Schedule A request 2: 19-Feb-2020
Landing appointment email: 6-Mar-2020.
Appointment date: 27-Mar-2020. Got cancelled later due to Covid.
PR confirmation email: 22-May, 2020.

So after all this only COPR before March 18 are eligible to come into Canada. Why that date has any bearing on who has Covid and who does not is baffling to me. She got her COPR in April. So we still can’t get our lives back.

Our situation is just as messed up as always. She received COPR on April 29. She is not able to travel here and we have been waiting 6 additional Covid months on top of the 21 months waiting for COPR.
Hope this ends soon and you take forward your life from this waiting game.
