We're in a similar situation. We were asked to submit proof of medical. Since this was included with the original application, we made a case-specific inquiry and told them the proof is already in their possession. I uploaded a scan of my wife's E-Medical notification just in case. Still waiting for a response.

Do other July applicants show Medical Received in your ECAS yet?

My ECAS is the same as yours. By the way, make sure both you and your spouse are checking your email. My wife received an email after our file was transfered to the visa office abroad, but I didn't.

I the sponsor have received SA email.
My husband got nothing from his VO re: AOR.
Just ecas changed to IP and we started processing app date.

I am on the same situation. Except I never received any email regarding SA, I had to call CIC and found that SA done.

do u guys see two lines or three lines under PR status.

i find mine showing as "We received ur application on".
"we started processing your application".

anybody could find the medical results line added??

Our PR status says in process as well.

Yeah mine one is showing as:
We received your application on July 13th
We started processing on September 21st

I also received the line stating that they began processing the second phase on October 5, but have not yet received any indication of sponsorship approval. Have you all been sent emails or has the status in Ecas updated to reflect approval? There should be absolutely no reason why I wouldn't qualify for sponsorship approval. My file was submitted July 21.
