Did you order GCMS notes? Or if you are in Canada, you can contact the Member of Parliament (MP) for your area to query the status of your application.

NEED HELP!! PLZ!!

Just checked my ECAS status changed "decision made" now!..on sunday.

I'm in Canada and my BWOP will expire on JUNE 10. Just got 5days to expire..

How long does it usually take to get a COPR after ECAS status changed..?

Should I apply another BWOP to land?

Can I and my family go across border and back to canada for landing after our visa expired?

Please HELP me!!

If I were you, I would apply for Bridging work permit right away.. So that I would still be on IMPLIED STATUS and and not go out of status.

I GUESS ITS best you apply for it right away. It might be at least 20 days from now(or from the time you send your passports to CIC for stamping) till you get back your passport with Visa/COPR. Do not take any chance by loosing your Status.

If you get back your Passport/COPR before your BOWP decision, you might be able to get the refund.

Cheers,
Vark

Hi Vark, Thanks for reply.

I dont need ppr. Im in Canada now and im from a visa exampt country. I think i just need to get a COPR via mail.
Just wonder how long the letter will take..

i suggest apply for BOWP online... once you get COPR and have completed your landing.. just email CIC regarding your updated residency status and they will cancel the BOWP application, re-imbursing the application fee.. so applying for BOWP is a no loss situation :)
