My ecas is updated with one more info today:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 14, 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 16, 2014.
3. We started processing your application on October 3, 2014.
4. We sent you medical instructions on March 18, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5. Medical results have been received.

This is updated today. What letter are they talking about ?

Call CIC and find out. Could have been medical request or request for some additional documents. If you didn't receive any, just tell the call center agent and they can confirm to you what it was for.

Medical request was sent via email.
Can call center agents tell us what they are asking in letter ?
I want to ask one more thing, my work environment is not good since few time & what if my employer refuse to give me additional documents if CIC asks for ?

To all people who posted here saying CIC stopped working or whatever.. Please stop!

You guys have no proof on saying that and that kind of attitude is discouraging other people here who are still waiting, especially those who have not even received a MR request. CIC is working and you can see that some people are still getting MR and PPRF, and even other requests. In my case, they requested me to send an additional document about my background which of course will delay the process for me because they switched tasks to serve other applications. Yes, there are other applications if you have not noticed. And people on this thread are not the only people who applied there.

Yes if you told them you did not get the letter then they can go into your profile and find out what it was about.. so call them as soon as you can.

I agree... they are working no doubt but at a snail pace!

Yes if you told them you did not get the letter then they can go into your profile and find out what it was about.. so call them as soon as you can.

Just find out first what the communication was about and we can take it forward from there

I spoke to my lawyer & he said this letter they are talking about is the medical letter that they attached with the email. But they also mentioned there might be delays in receiving mail, so no idea what they talking about.
I called CIC today but was not able to get a hold of them.
So I have to just wait & watch.
