I did upfront medicals and file went for second review because of LOE duties were similar to HRSDC website. Only two lines on ECAS indicating application and medicals received. Any idea when are they going to review our files?

Yeah, September applicants will get medical request in January 2016

I'm thinking of creating Express Entry profile as well. I calculated my CRS points on CIC website and it shows 463. What do you think?

Here is mid-year stats for EE: <cic website>/english/resources/reports/ee-midyear-2015.asp (sorry for such link, can't post links :()
So far EE does not look good and it's almost impossible to get into draw without LMIA or canadian experience for one with family and in his thirties :(
463 points - it's on the edge, it might take time and luck to get into draw :(

Hi Eveyone.. Your views/opinions requested on my situation.. i applied unde CEC on 9Jul14 and have valid work ex from 25May10 to 9Dec11. I thought it falls "in the qualifying period"
and they accepted my application. After 1 whole year of wait it seems they are still checking the eligibility?
..Can you guys please advise

a) based on the ATIP notes below what is the probability of me getting through ?
b) would it make more sense to start preparing and file for Express entry instead now ?

Here are my notes result recvd y'day.

REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICER

Hello,

why does he say you do not have 1 year experience? how many days / weeks short ru for 1 year? the reason i am asking is, one of my friend was 10 days short of 1 year and he just landed as a PR.

...CEC qualifying period is: O9JUL2OII TO 08JUL2014...

CEC qualifying period is the clue. Xamagin has work experience ...Work Experience 1: 26MAY2010 TO O9DEC2OII,... which is more than 1 year, but only O9JUL2OII-O9DEC2OI considered for eligibility.

Hard to say what will happen on second review... :(
