I also have a 4th July application NOC 1212 still pending, we have sent a mail to CIC, reply awaited.

You re done with the completeness check. It depends on your VO, give it 45-60 days after receiving your PER.
Could you share your timeline for your email inquiry?

We have the same situation. I think it's better to check your application again and prepare for a new one.

According to the SS 21st July applicant got charged.. And 9th July applicants are receiving PER.. Even 9th July DD applicant from Bangladesh got his PER.. So it is not the DD which is delaying my file.. Then I thought it might be NOC.. but I saw people in my NOC later than my date also got PER..

I cannot think straight.. I think they may have rejected my file.. But I cannot think of a single mistake.. Only one, I don't know you guys remember or not but in middle of June CIC update the Generic form which was not printable then few days later they published a July form.. I applied with that form but then again after few days that "July Form" was vanished.. Do you think this might be the issue? I am really worried..

Same here brother,no further update on my application received on 2nd July.Neither DD en cashed nor file returned. However,I have not heard any rejection due to old /new form submission this year. So,be sure of this ,of course it won't be a cause of denial. I think,we need to wait few more days to hear something as per previous trend .Some June applicants are also in queue yet to receive PER.
