Woohoo... Got my passports back along with COPR . Planning to land this long weekend in Carway.

Quick question.., we have received to COPR copies for each applicant, one with photo and other without it.

1. Which one do we need to submit at border?
2. Can we change our photos for PR card?

One of the copies says "CIC Copy" and one should say "Client copy", pretty self explanatory, huh?
Bring both(!!) copies to the border, as both copies have to be signed, but do not sign until asked by the officer.
Ask the officer about changing the picture, do not change it without authorization.

Dear Friends,

I completed my landing process on March 28th 2014. I was told that I will get permanent residency card with in 4 to 8 week. So I reserved tickets to India for holidays for mid of Jun. I expected I will get PR card by that time as its almost 10 weeks of time after landing. But still i haven't received my PR card. So I am planning to apply for travel card for safe side as I got to return in one month. Could someone please advise if I can apply travel card from here in Canada to avoid delays to return back to Canada?

PPR is finally here- got it on Wednesday did not find it till today in email was away on a trip. stalintouch and leakhena did you both get it yet? We have the same timeline.........Good luck guys and much love to this awesome group.

Its been exactly two months I got Medical requests, but no PPR. I see people who applied three months(Oct 15) later are also got PPR last week :-\
Hoping to get PPR this week.

I emails ask CPC, they dun even bother to reply back...... hmmm
I asked if they received my additional doc ( PCC) and medical exam...

they r super busy .. many applications to process and also this is a long weekend ..

When have you send that email?? Sometimes it takes up to a week in order for CIC to respond to
case specific enquiries.
