Sorry, I just re-read my response and found it confusing. To clarify, my ECAS status changed in the morning, but I got PPR at night (same day). You're right, I haven't heard of ECAS getting updated at night for anyone yet ...iam_toby said:
if you are near to Ottawa, you can walk in CIC office on any Tuesday between 9am to 12pm for complete landing process (No appointment required as of now). That is what i have been told when I called CIC. However I completed my landing process at Ogdensburg Bridge.
