Thanks, I asked the counsalate, and they said I need finger prints verified and han send it to Dubai Police department. the threads I read online indicate the PCC process thru Dubai police as really slow, Can you ask your friend exactly how they went about this ?

Just checked with him, you need to get your fingerprints notarized by a Canadian Notary and then have them attested by UAE consulate. Then, send them to the Dubai Police Dept. He had his family in Dubai, at the time; so they helped accelerate the process.

I submitted with application, but I got an email from CIC saying that the form is incomplete.

You are lucky if CIC just asked you to send in the form. I missed one signature, CIC returned the entire package back to me by mail.
Wasted 2 months. It is my own fault though :-X

Hi my question is for all experts who got their permanent residency or who are already applied and experiencing the difficulties in this process

My husband is on valid workpermit in Alberta (Calgary) till 2015. before he was in toronto(ontario) and worked for almost 2 yrs.

I am also in Canada with valid open work permit

Now we are planning to apply for our permanent residency but dont know which one suits us. we dont know is it better to apply under ANP programme or FSW programme and the time involved for each is different i think.

My husband designation Food service manager ( dont know whether cap will be open for this category or not in coming april)

Please experts suggest us so that we can choose better option to apply and reduce the time.

Doesnot look like ur husband is eligible for any of the class...May be AINP but if his work place will sponsor him only then...
Are you working too ?

Thanks leakhena

I did mine upfront about the same time as you and go MR last week. I am wondering if I should be asking CIC to confirm panel doc sent them in or just wait? The clinic confirmed they were already sent in to cic

According to trackitt, a July 3rd applicant received MR today. Looks like some of the VOs are really taking their sweet time.
