I'll go ahead and send my receipts for the medicals because my doctor didn't give me any other form after medicals results.

Is this something others have asked for after medical results? I tried to look at other posts, I'm unable to distinguish whether talking about receipts or the actually IMM1017 form completed.

Did you go for e-medicals (results sent to CIC electronically) or the normal one where the doc posts (through regular mail) the results to CIC ? The info sheet I'm talking about is only for emedicals and it looks something like this:

You get this from the clinic the same day you do your medicals.

I said I wanted to visit the American side of Niagara Falls & also go back to Canada to complete my landing for immigration. They were cool with that.

Exactly one week.... (my mailing address is in BC so I guess ppl in Ontario will get it faster)

Hey I got mine (and daughters) CoPR today! Basically it took 8 days since "decision made" status to be sent to BC.

Now at this stage I would like to thank all the people in this forum who asked questions and provided answers to all of us, I hope I was somewhat helpful, too. All the guys who were updating spreadsheets htrak and company, toby (if you need some cool graphics or illustrations for the web site, let me know) and please forgive me if i didn't mention [your] name but i thank you too. It's been an incredible ride (that I don't wanna do it again ). ...and yeah, after years of making small steps towards PR my advice is PATIENCE and DETERMINATION!
