just ran through this new article where some immigration expert says that the caps will reopen on 1st july, but chances are high that there will be some major change. here's the link of the article.

I send my application today too. But I then realized I made some mistakes.
1. I put fee payment on top of checklist...while other documents are arranged as the order the checklist indicates.
2. I forgot to put self-addressed mailing labels...
3. I just put all documents in a express envelope and mailed it...(Actually I don't really understand. Do I need to use a sealed envelope for the documents and then send it in a express envelope?)
I wanna know how serious my mistakes can be...
If my documents will be returned (e.g. because policy changed), can they send it back without the self-addressed mailing labels?

Just sent my docs an hour ago through DHL. I am not stronger enough to wait for the much awaited but I believe, God will make all things possible for those who believe and trust Him.

Guys, I usually have cold feet in facing the reality but with all the efforts and the compliments coming from our colleagues in this forum definitely make us brave. Thanks to Spicey.. +1 for you buddy.. My prayers also to those who are in the same box where we are in. god bless us guys..

Rao1122, the courier said that my docs will be delivered on the 4th day satrting tomorrow, which will be on July 3. I have seen some posts here that July 2 and 3 are holidays in Canada, however, the courier said that they will delivery the docs the following day.

2nd is a holiday but not the 3rd. Which country are you from? from india it take minimum 5 days

I'm from the Philippines, rao1122. We're on the same boat actually. Hehe. There's no latest news yet from the CIC but I can't afford to have my documents delivered a day after the cap becomes full. I believe, there will be no more substantial changes to our noc whenever new ministerial instruction comes. (I hope so)

haste make waste folks, let's us all wait for new MI, coz changes are crucial I guess. Mind you returning an application has a minimum of 1 month for the documents are sent via normal mail.

Let's pray they release it on July 1st or july 3

1.Consultant is asking for birth certificate but i dont have so what is the other alternative for that?
2.How much funds do i need to show while processing the application?

I am intended to send full application under NOC :7215 on 5th Jul (Lead Time to reach : 5 to 6 days)
Is it fine with that? I have apprehension about filling up cap before reaching my docs.
