I seen your NOC is 1122 ,application sent 30 June 2011 . When you fillup the form then you signed and given date . but what date you signed it is June date or July date .

Update: Total number of Federal Skilled Worker applications received

Skilled WorkersCitizenship and Immigration Canada has updated their website with the number of applications received so far under the Federal Skilled Worker Program.

To qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, applicants must have at least one year of paid work experience in one of the 29 eligible occupations or have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer. Last month, CIC announced that the list of 29 eligible occupations would remain the same until June 30, 2012; however, fewer applications would be accepted for processing.

From July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, only 500 applications will be accepted for processing per occupation and only 10,000 applications will be considered in total. Applicants who have a validated job offer from a Canadian employer will not be affected by the caps.

One of the most popular occupations, Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management (NOC 1122) has already reached 52 applications with Registered Nurses (NOC 3152) following close behind. These occupations and many others are expected to fill up very quickly. You can verify how many applications have been accepted so far by clicking here.

Those who are considering applying through the Federal Skilled Worker Program are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible.

Hi sharin most people in the forum say there is a backlog of 45 days bcoz of few people received rejection mail .... have you send an inquiry mail to cic regarding your status .. if not do send it and if you have already send it u can receive a reply anytime now ... would b eagerly waitin for their reply bcoz if u get a positive reply and i hope u do then all will b so releived that a person after 8th july reported positive response .. whats ur payment method any update on that

I send my docs at 2nd Jul'11 and recvd by them at 5th Jul'11. BD charged on 3rd Aug'11... Still nt rec any update from my lawer... so ltl bt worried....

i applied under the FSW NOC 8222 (Oilfield Supervisors), and my application reached at Canadian Immigration office on 28th July, 2011. The mode of payment is demand draft. But till today ( 8th Sep) , i havent received any email from the the immigration office, nor the demand draft is encashed. What you guys suggest that i should wait or email them to inquire about my case.

My suggestion to you is have a patience !!
Wait for 2 weeks more and then enquire.
We all are in dilema about the date of CAP getting full of its capacity. So hope for the best and wait for some more time.....
