Hi Seniors,

Can you please advice whether all the photo copies ( marksheets, refernce letters, birth certificates etc ) need to Notarized or not.
I have about 50 photo copies to be sent with the application.

Please advice, so that I can plan accordingly.

does on ythe bank certification letter they should reffer to canadaina high commision and what should be the formay like details of your account summary signed and stamped by the bank manager

or any other specification

share your full time line..!! though u can go personally to CHC ND, but there would be no one to help you, they will suggest u to send CSE/Email or fax..!! but u can try, coz there is no harm to try..

i came from canada from 15 jan...my last update from visa on 27/04/2012 ........Request you to please provide us with your INDIAN MAILING ADDRESS, as we do not mail passports outside India/Nepal. Since we are in the final stage of finalizing your application, your response per return would be appreciated.Please note that the medical validity of your application will be expiring by 1 December 2012....i send my Indian mailing address by blue dart and it already received by visa office on 29/04/2012.......its already 2 month now.......can i go to visa office in person to ask about my situation or if they get my indian mailing address update or not......pl advise and let me know if already visited.....any should we need appointment for that? and where we go at ndvo?? pl help me urgently

A formal letter on bank's letter head addressed to " to whom it may concern" will do...
there is no need to put Canadian high Commission's name, don't forget to mention the total funds/amount in CAD.
You can request for the same to your bank manager and they can put an additional details @ of current exchange rate!!

i got my status update after 5 month long waiting:-A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.........how long it take to get pp back?? any idea??

Usually PP get stamped in max 3 months time, I strongly feel they messed up and misplaced it in their office. Send them query again and ask for your passports they will for sure give you answer that we need 30days time.

i got update 27 April for need my Indian mailing address...may be due is that it delay....i got decision made status today...so i hope pp back soon
