We have no news so far, ordered a CAIPS over a month ago, and haven't received even that ) so we are just waiting patiently.

I received my CAIPS/ GCMS notes after 5 weeks from Ottawa. You should get yours next week buddy!

Please guide

I mentioned an amount of $ 14000 (2 persons) to carry with myself in my application for permenant residence as required . Few months back i have been blessed by a child and then i sent an updated form, required documents and applicale fee to LVO . unfortunetly i missed to increase the amount of carrying funds from $ 14000 to minimum $17500 as per CIC requirement (10 C of IM 0008).

CIC has revised the forms and now one additional colum has been added i.e total assets (10 a IM 008) where i have mentioned total assets amount . Please guide should this serve the purpose , should i wait for LVO reply on this ? or i inform LVO about this and send an updated form with revised value of Transferable amount ?

Dear forum members, the letter which came with my medical request states that, "Please use the enclosed reply label when responding to this letter." My envelope did not have any reply label. What should I do now?? If I type and print the address myself, should I then write a covering letter to explain why I did not use the enclosed label?? Kindly guide.

There is no need for covering letter.

Some of my forum friends did the same. Printed address on plain paper.
