Hi Frens,

By the grace of god I got the visa today along with 2 copies of COPR. But my husband (who is dependent for my application) already in Canada and has been working since last 2 yrs hasn't got the visa stamped. He has been on worker's visa and has a valid visa to enter the Canada.

My question is:

Only 2 copies of COPR is issued to my husband and visa wasn't stamped in his passport. Is that because he has a valid entry visa "worker" visa from his work permit to enter the Canada ????? Please let me know.

1- job duties
-2 job requirements
my question is, both job duties and job requirements are considered during processing of immigration?

hi friends........ i submit my pp since 17 jan........after long waiting finally i got this email 27/04/2012 ..Request you to please provide us with your INDIAN MAILING ADDRESS, as we do not mail passports outside India/Nepal. Since we are in the final stage of finalizing your application, your response per return would be appreciated.Please note that the medical validity of your application will be expiring by 1 December 2012....i send my indian mailing adress by blue dart and it already received by visa office on 29/04/2012......its almost one month now for waiting but still the ecas is same in process and medical received and my both address is same as before my Canadian address...i came here from Canada to submit pp from 13 jan.... ......i dnt know what i do now...i m so stressed due to waiting......anybody pl guide and suggest me and also who facing same like me.....(

Did you contact CIC and explain them the situation. I feel that you should send them a CSE (case specific enquiry) and tell them that you are in India and are waiting for the passport. If your mailing address in the application is not an Indian address, also provide them with an address in India where your passports can be returned too. Also try calling them.

Finally.... Finally Finally By the grace of SHRI SAI BABA, I got my PPR today.....

The feeling is ecstatic I must say after a looooooooooooooooong Wait and when I say long, I mean realyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy long. For me, its been over 4 months after Meds and for a MI3 applicant, that is a fairly long time.

I wish all my friends and forumites all the very best and hope you all get yours MRs / PPRs /DMs and VISA'S very soon.
