Dear friends.. Kindly do let me know whether do I have an option to change my visa office. I mean,I am planning to shift my application from LVO to (New Delhi). Is it possible? LVO is veryslow in processing whereas NDVO already issued visa to applicants with similar timeline to mine. I am from Dubai, hence my VO is London. Please advise.

It is not possible to do so from the applicant end. I have alredy checked that possibility. The authority to change a VO lies in the hands of a VO only and they do not accept personal requests. VO change will be done only in case of 'program integrity' which means the VO feels that NDVO can better make a decision on your file based on the facts and figures as compared to LVO. Hope this helps. Do not try and ask LVO to change your VO to NDVO. It may reflect poorly on your application.

We cannot advise on the processing times of MI3 files. We are expecting to process them within 12 months from date of receipt.

Your application for a permanent resident visa was approved. The passports and related documents were sent to you by registered mail on 22MAY12. It generally takes eight to ten days for registered mail to reach its destination. You should be receiving your documents shortly.
